The American Heritage Museum in Hudson, Massachusetts, is an amazing display of tanks, artillery, aircraft and other military equipment organized by specific time frames and wars. They have done an amazing job of collecting and preserving these important pieces of history and displaying them respectfully. They have 3 movie introductions that set the stage for the displays as you begin your visit. There are additional movies that play in the main area also.

They have US, British, and German equipment as well as a small amount of other countries. The display covers conflicts from the Revolutionary War through the two world wars, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, 9/11 and War on Terrorism. Many of the armored vehicles are not on display anywhere else in the United States.

This is probably one of the best military museums I have ever visited even though as an Air Force Veteran, I'd have liked to see more aircraft!

As a note: GPS may try to bring you in off of another road next to a lake but access is only available off of Main Street in Hudson.
